Soft Tapping Mode AFM Probe with Sharp Diamond-Like-Carbon Spike
The SHR150 is based on BudgetSensors' well established Tap150GB-G AFM probe and it is suitable for high resolution soft tapping mode operation.
This AFM probe features a single sharp hydrophobic diamond-like carbon extratip at the apex of gold coated silicon etched AFM probe. There are no additional smaller extratips near the main one, just one well defined extratip.
